Cozy townhouse in downtown Winter Park, CO. Awesome location. 550 sq ft, with updated furniture and kitchen. Main floor contains cute entry with plenty of hooks and space for your gear… including ski closet, living room, efficient kitchen and dining nook. View of the ski hill and Perry and James peaks out the back. Upstairs contains open bedroom with queen bed and bathroom.

Town home is walkable to restaurants, ski shops, movie theatre, Rec center and large network of hiking/biking trails.

Our condo is a quaint 550 sq ft. Ideal for 2 folks, could squeeze 4. It is in a townhome row with 6 other units. Mainly locals live in these units, and a couple have dogs! We like to call it a diamond in the rough. The exterior is a little dated and needs some work, however we have updated most of the interior and it’s walking distance to everything in downtown winter park!

Entryway has hooks, ski closet for gear and bench for shoes.

Living room has a couch and two chairs for reading and hanging out, and a TV with Apple TV for streaming movies or watching your personal Netflix, Hulu and other app accounts.

Kitchen is stocked with bowls, cups, plates for 8. Has microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Skillet, pots and a few other dishes are also provided. Simple condiments, coffee, hot cocoa, tea and sugar are also provided.

Bathroom is on the second floor and stocked with toilet paper, Kleenex, hair dryer, q-tips, towels and washcloths.

Bedroom is very spacious with queen memory foam mattress (Tuft and Needle). The headboard has plenty of storage and there are lots of hooks, a reading nook and a closet with dresser and hangers. Bedroom is on the second floor, also.

Second bed is a Queen air mattress that can be set up downstairs with a little rearranging.

As the owners, when we visit we do bring our dog. The unit is thoroughly cleaned between every visit. However, if you are allergic to pets/dogs this may not be the best option for you.

Our town home is in downtown Winter Park. Walkable to lots of great restaurants including Hernando’s, Randi’s, and the Winter Park Pub.

We are near “The Foundry” (movie theater and bowling alley), the Rec center and hiking and biking trails are just up the road. We are about 3/4 of a mile from Hideaway Park where many of the concerts of the summer take place!

The Lift, the free local shuttle, stops right near our town house and can take you up to the ski resort that’s about 4 miles away!

We have just partnered with Beavers Sports Shop in town to offer our guests a discount on ski and bike rentals. They are locally owned and operated, within walking distance of our townhome! Discount cards can be found in our townhome. 

The nearest grocery store is Fireside Market about 1/4 mile away and there is a Safeway in Fraser about 2 miles away.

It is easy to walk to so many places. You can ride your bike up the road to hiking and mountain biking trails.

Our townhouse is a very basic little place in a great location.

From the airport you can rent a car or contact Home James for a lift up to Winter Park.

Once In town you can do everything using the free local shuttle transit system, including groceries, you do not necessarily need a car.

The bus system is called the Lift and you can look the schedule up online as it does vary per season.

  • Check-in 4 PM/Check-out 11 AM. No exceptions unless granted by owners. 
  • Walkable to hideaway park concert venue
  • On the free shuttle line to ski area and other attractions
  • 40 min from Rocky Mountain National Park
  • Quiet hours 11 pm – 7 am
  • There is no Air Conditioning. We provide fans for your use. Opening up all windows and even the door help with airflow in the summer
  • Shared homemade fire pit in back for all units. Please respect all fire bans and be sure to put fire completely out.
  • At this time a few locals do have pets on the premises.
  • We as the owners do have a dog that does come to the condo when we visit. Even though it is thoroughly cleaned between every visit, if you are allergic to dogs this may not be the best place for you.
  • If you are looking to have a locals experience and be outside and enjoying Colorado this is the place for you.
  • Please watch for falling snow.

Travel Delay/ Cancellation: Weather conditions in Colorado can be extreme and change with little or no advance warning any time of the year. Guest understands and accepts this travel related risk and agrees that a refund cannot be given should a cancellation or delay be weather OR personally related and is outside of our cancellation policy timeline. Please check the Colorado Department of Transportation for upcoming weather and road conditions.
